How it works

Three steps to your door

Every price is worked out before you order, and you can follow your order the whole way.

1

Choose a local store

Browse menus from stores near you. You see the food, the delivery fee and the total before you place the order.

2

The store prepares it

The store accepts your order and gets it ready. The app shows each step as it happens.

3

A rider brings it

A local rider picks it up and brings it to your pin, and takes a photo at the door as proof of delivery.

Fair and clear

No surprises at checkout

The delivery fee follows the road the rider actually takes, and it goes to the rider. Paying online costs you nothing extra.

₱20

Delivery for up to 1 km of road, then ₱5 for every additional 500 m. You see it before you pay.

Cash, QR Ph, GCash or Maya

Pay the rider in cash at the door, or pay ahead by QR Ph, GCash or Maya.

Full refund

If a prepaid order is cancelled, your payment comes back automatically and in full.

80 m + photo

A delivery only counts when the rider is at your pin and takes a photo. The photo is deleted after 24 hours.

Made for Mindoro

Named after the island's own

The tamaraw is a small, strong buffalo found nowhere else in the world but Mindoro. TamarawGO starts with a supervised pilot and grows town by town across Occidental and Oriental Mindoro.

If someone is in immediate danger or an emergency is happening, call 911 or go to the nearest police station, hospital or barangay hall first. TamarawGO is not an emergency service.
