Ask us to delete it
Enter the mobile number on your account. To protect you, nothing is deleted until our support team confirms the request with you on that number.
What is deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email address and password
- Your saved addresses, and the typed address, landmark and notes on your past orders
- Your sign-ins on every phone, and your notification settings
You can no longer sign in, and the account cannot be restored.
What is kept
- Order and payment records, such as amounts, dates and the store, which the law requires us to keep. They no longer carry your name or number.
- Incident reports, which are kept for everyone's safety.
[How long each of these is kept, after legal review.] Delivery photos are already deleted 24 hours after each order.
Before you ask
- An order in progress must end first.
- If an incident report or a legal request involves your account, it is deleted once that is resolved.
- Riders and stores: your wallet must be settled first, so please contact TamarawGO directly.
